These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the services provided by Sasori ("Sasori", "we", "our", or "us") to our clients ("Client", "you", or "your").

By purchasing, subscribing to, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Sasori provides managed digital services, including:

  • Website design and development
  • Website hosting
  • Website maintenance and updates
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Performance optimization
  • Technical support
  • Content implementation and updates
  • Analytics and reporting
  • Related digital services

The exact services provided depend on your selected plan, proposal, invoice, or agreement.

2. How the Service Works

Sasori operates as a managed subscription service.

We build, manage, host, maintain, and optimize your website and related digital assets on an ongoing basis.

You are hiring Sasori to manage your online presence. We handle the technical side so you can focus on running your business.

Reasonable updates and ongoing improvements may be included as part of your subscription. Larger projects or work outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee.

3. Billing and Payments

A setup fee may be required before work begins.

Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and automatically renew until canceled.

If a payment fails, you will have five (5) calendar days to resolve the issue.

If payment remains unpaid after the grace period, Sasori may suspend services until payment is received.

We may update pricing from time to time. Existing clients will receive reasonable notice before any pricing changes take effect.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information;
  • Provide content, credentials, and materials needed for your project;
  • Ensure you have the rights to any content you provide;
  • Respond to requests for information or approvals in a reasonable timeframe;
  • Use the services lawfully.

You are responsible for your business operations, products, services, pricing, customer interactions, and any claims made through your website.

5. SEO and Marketing

Sasori works to improve website performance, visibility, and search presence.

However, no agency can guarantee:

  • Search engine rankings;
  • Website traffic;
  • Leads;
  • Sales;
  • Revenue; or
  • Business growth.

Search engines, competitors, and market conditions are outside our control.

Any examples, estimates, projections, testimonials, or case studies are provided for informational purposes only and do not guarantee future results.

6. Ownership

You retain ownership of:

  • Your business name;
  • Logos and branding;
  • Trademarks;
  • Content you provide;
  • Business information and data.

Sasori retains ownership of:

  • Internal systems and infrastructure;
  • Hosting environments;
  • Workflows and operational processes;
  • Proprietary tools and software;
  • Technical implementations used to provide the service.

The website is provided as part of a managed subscription service and is not sold as a standalone product.

7. Data and Reporting

Upon request, Sasori may provide available reporting information relating to your account, including:

  • Website traffic data;
  • Click data;
  • Analytics information;
  • Search performance information;
  • Lead and conversion data where available.

We believe clients should have access to information relating to their business and website performance.

8. Cancellation

Either party may cancel the service with thirty (30) days' notice.

If you cancel:

  • Services continue until the end of the applicable notice period;
  • Previously paid fees are not refunded;
  • Future recurring charges stop after the cancellation takes effect.

If Sasori cancels a service, we will generally provide reasonable notice unless immediate suspension is necessary due to non-payment, abuse, fraud, or unlawful activity.

9. Refunds

Setup fees become non-refundable once work has started.

Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable because they cover ongoing services already being provided.

Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

10. Availability

We strive to provide reliable services and maintain your website in a professional manner.

However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, software updates, security incidents, infrastructure issues, or third-party service outages.

11. Limitation of Liability

Sasori will perform its services with reasonable care and professionalism.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sasori's total liability arising from the services shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Sasori is not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, or business interruption.

12. Privacy

Sasori may collect and process information necessary to provide the services.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sasori is legally registered and operating.

Any disputes shall be handled through the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
